Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us. Our pledge has remained intact since 1976 - " do not pay us a cent until you are 100% satisfied"

If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will  include the initial delivery charge. Refunds will not be given for products damaged by the customer.

To organise an exchange or refund you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. You can contact us by email at info@skydome.com.au  or phone the Skydome office or showroom where the product was purchased (details on Contact Us page).

Once you have notified us you must return the item and your original receipt or proof of purchase to the office or showroom where the original purchase was made.
